妊娠期孕妇血脂等水平变化与胎儿出生体重的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨孕妇血脂、白蛋白及血糖水平的变化对胎儿出生体重的影响。方法选择我院常规产检并于2012年1-4月住院分娩的孕妇200例（排除妊娠合并症和并发症）,分别于孕早期（孕10~12周）、孕晚期（36~37周）检测血清甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）、白蛋白（ALB）和空腹血糖（FBG）水平,分娩后记录胎儿出生体重,分析其与胎儿出生体重的相关性。结果孕晚期血清TG、TC、LDL和HDL水平均高于孕早期水平（P〈0.001）,孕晚期血清ALB水平低于孕早期水平（P〈0.001）,孕期血清TG、孕早期血清TC、LDL及孕晚期血清FBG水平与胎儿出生体重均呈正相关性（P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论孕期血脂水平呈逐渐增高的趋势,孕期TG、孕早期TC和LDL及孕晚期FBG水平与胎儿出生体重呈正相关。Objective To study the effect of maternal serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ALB and FBG on newborn weight.Methods Two hundred pregnant women（without associated diseases and complications） admitted our hospital from January 2012 to April 2012 for routine prenatal examination were included in this study.Their serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ALB and FBG were measured in the first trimester（10-12 weeks） and the third trimester（36-37 weeks）,respectively.Correlation between newborn weight and maternal serum levels was analyzed.Results The maternal serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ALB and FBG were significantly higher in the third trimester than in the first trimester（P0.001） and positively related with the newborn weight（P0.05,P0.01,P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion The maternal serum lipid levels in pregnant stage increase gradually.The serum levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the first trimester and FBG in the third trimester are positively related with the newborn weight.
