摘  要:介绍用于曲轴和凸轮轴仪器校准的标准偏心轴的研制及标定。利用中心轴线偏移方法对偏心轴进行精密磨削的工艺,以减小二次装夹引起的误差,同时针对偏心距传统标定方法受形状误差影响等问题,提出一种利用G3级钢球与阴顶尖结合的偏心距标定方法。通过对实验结果分析表明,该方法大大减小了形状误差对偏心距标定的影响,有效地保证了标准偏心距标定的准确性。In this paper, a precision machining process of standard eccentric shaft is introduced, which applies precision grinding process for standard eccentric shaft via central axis shitting method to decrease the error caused by the secondary clamping. Meanwhile, an eccentric shaft calibration method combined with G3 level steel ball and female tip is proposed to resolve the problems that the traditional calibration method could be easily affected by the shape error. The experimental results are analyzed, which shows that the proposed method can greatly reduce tile shape error impact to the calibration of eccentric shaft, to effectively ensure the calibration accuracy of the standard eccentricity.
