摘　　要：利用CCD图像处理技术和数据库技术,探讨无通信接口数字多用表计量智能化技术改造的方案。通过GPIB/USB数字接口板搭建起计算机与多功能校准仪通信的平台。通过网络摄像机,非接触式读取被检数字多用表显示屏幕上的示值信息,并利用模数转换技术转化为数字信息,与标准值进行比对,自动判断计量结果。同时,对客户、标准器和被检表的信息进行数据库管理,自动生成原始记录和相关的检定报告。Based on CCD image processing and database technology, it is discussed that non-communication interface digital multimeter is intelligently transformed. Via GP1B/USB digital interface board erected in the computer communicate with the multifunction calibration source platform, network cameras, non-communication digital multimeter reads were seized on the display screen showing the value of infonnation, and the use of analog-digital conversion technology into digital information for comparison with the standard value, automatically determine the measurement result. Meanwhile, customer, calibration source, and non- communication interface digital multimeter are seized table information for database management, automatic generation of original records and associated test reports.
