摘　　要：目的探讨包皮过长患者行包皮环切术(MC)对高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率的影响。方法选择138例行MC的成年包皮过长患者,留取术前、术后1年和2年的尿道分泌物,采用PCR法检测高危型HPV的表达。结果与术前比较,术后高危型HPV感染率呈时间依赖性下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MC可以预防包皮过长患者高危型HPV感染的发生。Objective To study the effect of circumcision on the changes in infection of high-risk human papillomavirus （HPV）. Methods A total of 138 male adults with redundant prepuce underwent circumcision. Their urethral secretion was detected for high-risk HPV before circumcision, 1 year and 2 years after. Results The high-risk HPV infection rate went down significantly af- ter circumcision when compared with that before （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Circumcision helps to prevent the occurrence of high- risk HPV infection among the males with redundant prepuce.
