锁定钢板结合髂骨块植入治疗老年肱骨近端骨折中远期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察锁定钢板结合髂骨块植入治疗肱骨近端骨折的中远期疗效。方法应用肱骨近端锁定钢板结合髂骨块植入治疗老年肱骨近端骨折15例，男5例，女10例，年龄64—81岁。按照Neer分型：Ⅱ型3例，Ⅲ型8例，Ⅳ型4例。受伤至手术时间2—7d。结果15例患者随访36-70个月，除1例肱骨头坏死外，其余骨折全部获得愈合。根据Neer评分标准：优8例，良5例，可1例，差1例，优良率为86．7％。结论锁定钢板结合髂骨块植入是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的一种有效方法。Objective To investigate the medium and long term curative effects of locking plate combined with flank bone implanta- tion on proximal humeral fracture in aged patients. Methods A total of 15 aged patients of proximal humeral fracture, including 5 males and 10 females （ aged 64 - 81 years） , were treated with locking plate combined with flank bone implantation. According to Neer classification criteria, II -type, Ⅲ-type and IV-type accounted for 3,8 and 4 cases, respectively. The time from injury to opera- tion was 2 - 7 days. Results During the follow-up of 36 - 70 months, the fractures were healed up in all the patients except one who suffered from humeral head necrosis. According to Neer classification criteria, excellent in 8 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 1 case, and poor in 1 case, excellent and good rate was 86.7%. Conclusion Locking plate combined with flank bone implantation is a modus operandi that is effective on proximal humeral fracture in aged patients.
