灰关联技术在彩喷纸质量评价体系中的应用

摘　　要：该文以8种中光泽彩色喷墨打印纸为研究对象，利用密度计、分光光度计以及显微照片拍摄仪等设备对纸张打印图像的色密度、印刷反差、色域、色差、墨点、线条、渗色及文字效果进行了测试，并对纸张的打印图像进行了主观评价分析，得出大量能够表征纸张打印性能的指标数据；由此建立基于灰关联评估技术的纸张打印质量综合评价系统，并采用多层次灰评估模型计算纸样的关联度，关联度越大说明其整体打印质量越好。Eight kinds of middle glossy color ink-jet printing paper were studied in this paper. Color density, print contrast, color gamut, color difference, dot, line, bleed and text effects of printing image were tested by densimeter, spectrophotometer, microscope camera and other instruments, thus printing image was subjectively evaluated, and lots of index data on printing performance characterization were obtained. The comprehensive evaluation system of printing quality was established based on gray relevancy evaluation technology. Paper sample＇s correlation degree was calculated with multilevel grey evaluation model with bigger correlation de^ree havin~ better ~eneral Drintin~ aualitv.
