摘　　要：在化工生产过程中,有些物料采用三足式离心机脱水后存在取料难的情况。本文分析了问题的原因,设计研制了一种快速出料的机械装置,阐述了出料原理并给出了机构运动设计简图和重要构件的装配示意图.通过实践检验,生产效率可达加装置前的4倍以上.Sometime it is difficult for the discharging of the dewatered matter in the centrifuge which is with three legs in the process of chemical production.The causes of the operation difficulty are analyzed and a rapid discharging device is designed in this paper.Discharging principle is stated,mechanism motion design figure is displayed,and sketch map of main components assembly is given out.The effect of this design is qualified by application as it is efficiency is above 4 times of un-innovationed set.
