摘  要:在仪表图像预处理方面,采用二值化方法、采用数学形态学方法得到目标和背景分离明显的二值图像。用大量仪表图像在不同条件下进行试验,从而验证处预处理方法是有效的。针对数显仪表提出一定给予结构特征和模板匹配的方法,识别过程算法简单、识别速度和精度高,对各种类型的仪表处理均满足应用需求。本课题以研究PC电脑型pH/离子计自动检定仪为切入点,采用虚拟仪器技术、图像采集和识别技术,组成以计算机为核心的一体化虚拟仪器。具有自动采集和记录检定数据、自动进行数据处理、自动进行检定结果准确度的判别,并出具检定证书等功能。对提高检定工作技术水平和检测工作效率,实现计量检定的自动化水平有重要的意义。In the process of instrument image preprocessing, this paper uses binarization method and mathematical morphology processing to get a binary image whose target and background separation obviously. In the experiments under different conditions with a large number of instrument images, the validation of pretreatment method is effective. According to the digital instrument for some given structural characteristics and the template matching method.The recognition process is simple in algorithm, recognition rate Degree and high precision, the various types of instrumentation processing can meet the application requirements.The topics to study PC computer pH/ion meter instrument as the breakthrough point, by using the virtual instrument technology, image acquisition and recognition technology, component to the computer as the core integration of virtual instrument. Automatic acquisition and recording test data, automatic data processing, automatic calibration accuracy of discrimination, and issued the certificate and other functions. In order to improve the verification work technology and detection efficiency, realize metrological verification automation level have important significance.
