摘　　要：目的探讨自我管理教育对减少静脉留置针并发症的作用。方法选择2012年7～12月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院住院且使用静脉留置针的患者200例,随机分为研究组和对照组各100例。对照组常规健康教育,研究组在常规健康教育的基础上,对患者针对性地进行自我管理教育,比较两组患者静脉留置针并发症的发生率。结果研究组发生静脉炎、堵管、局部渗漏和意外脱管情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施自我管理教育可以预防和减少静脉留置针并发症,能使治疗顺利完成。Objective To investigate the effects of self-management education on decrease in complications of intravenous indwelling needle in patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with intravenous indwelling needle in the third affiliated hospital of Qiqihaer Medical College from July to December 2012 were selected. They were randomly and equally divided into the study group and the control group.The control group received routine health education.The study group received additional targeted self-management education.The incidence of complications between the two groups was compared.Results The occurrence of phlebitis,pipe blockage,partial leakage,and accident detachment in the experimental group significantly reduced compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Coneluslon Self-management education is effective in the prevention and decrease in complications of intravenous indwelling needle in patients, is beneficial to the patients successfully completed treatment.
