综合性护理干预对神经外科ICU患者家属心理问题的改善效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预对神经外科ICU患者家属心理障碍的改善效果。方法 60例ICU患者家属按抛硬币分组法分为研究组30例和对照组30例,对照组实施自我管理方式,研究组给予综合性护理干预,时间为2周,干预前后,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)对两组进行评定。结果干预前,两组SCL-90和CPSS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组SCL-90和CPSS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合性护理干预能够矫治ICU患者家属心理问题,减轻心理压力,对维持他们良好的心理健康具有积极的作用。Objective To explore the improvement effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention for the family members of the patient who was in the neurosurgery ICU. Methods 60 family members of the patient who was in ICU were invided into study group（30 patients ） and contral group （30 patients） by the coin dividing group method, the contral group was given self management way, the study grpup was given the nomprehensive nursing intervention, the time last 2weeks. Before and after intervention, two groups were evaluated by SCL-90 and CPSS.Results Before intervention,the score of SCL-90 and CPSS in two groups was not different （P〉0.05）, after intervention,the score of SCL-90 and CPSS in study group was lower than that in contral group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention could corrected psychological disorder of the family members of the patient who was in the neurosurgery ICU, relieve them psychological pressure, it had active part for keeping them better psychological health.
