老年骨折患者反应性精神障碍的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨老年骨折患者反应性精神障碍的发病原因,并总结相关的解决策略。方法选取我院2011年6月至2012年6月收治的30例老年骨折术后并发精神障碍患者,对其发病原因等情况进行回顾性分析,并总结对老年性骨折出现精神障碍患者的相关护理措施。结果与治疗前相比,30例患者精神活动均恢复正常,状态良好,11～19d出院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年骨折患者并发精神性障碍与其年龄、手术位置、术后创伤和出血、心理因素等因素密切相关,在发现异常之时应及时采取治疗和护理措施,以缓解老年性骨折患者术后精神障碍症状。Objective To investigate the reactivity of elderly patients with fracture etiology ofmental disorders, and summarizes the relevant resolution strategy. Methods From June 2011 -2012 in June fractures treated 30 eases of elderlypostoperative patients with mental disorders, their causes, etc. were retrospectively analyzed and summarized fractures occur in elderly patients with mental disorders related to nursing measure. Results Compared with before treatment, 30 patients were normal mental activity, was discharged in good condition, 11-19d, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusions Elderly patients with fractures of mental disorders and their age, surgical site, postoperative wounds and bleeding, psychological factors and other factors closely related to the abnormal treatment and care should take timely measures to alleviate the elderly fracture patients mental disorderssyrnptoms.
