微创经皮肾碎石与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的对比分析

摘　　要：目的观察我院收治的输尿管上段结石患者临床治疗资料,对比分析应用微创经皮肾与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗该疾病的效果。方法对我院收治的200例输尿管上段结石患者,分为微创经皮肾碎石治疗组(A组)与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗组(B组),对比二组的结石清除率、治疗成功率以及术后并发症发生率。结果 A组患者在结石清除率、治疗成功率以及术后并发症发生率方面,均显著优于B组。结论应用微创经皮肾碎石法治疗输尿管上段结石,可以提高治疗成功水平,减少术后并发症发生的可能性,产生的临床效果显著,值得临床推广研究。Objective To observe the clinical materials of the patients with upper ureteral calculi in our hospital and compare the Treatment effect of minimally invasive percutaneous renal gravel and transurethral ureteroscopy gravel. Method 200 patients were devided into A group and B group and the treatment effect of two group were compared. Result Stone-free rate, treatment success rate and postoperative complications of A group were all significantly better than B group. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous renal gravel used in upper ureteral calculi can enhance the treatment level of success and reduce the possibility of postoperative complications. Its clinical effect is remarkable and worth clinical promotional research.
