评价珍珠末加强高频电凝治疗宫颈炎后创面护理的效果

摘　　要：目的对珍珠末加强高频电凝治疗宫颈炎后创面护理的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法选取80例宫颈炎患者,随机分为两组。观察组40例患者,在常规护理的基础上加用珍珠末加强高频电凝护理;对照组40例患者,仅给予常规护理,通过两种患者的临床疗效进行分析,进而对珍珠末加强高频电凝治疗宫颈炎后创面护理的临床效果进行分析探讨。结果观察组40例患者,总有效率100%;对照组40例患者,总有效率87.5%。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,两种护理方法有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者的止血时间明显少于对照组,两种护理方法有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。结论珍珠末加强高频电凝对宫颈炎创面的又很好的临床疗效,能显著缩短创面的出血时间,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To pearl enhance high frequency electric coagulation treatment of cervicitis after at the end of the paper discusses the clinical effect of wound care. Methods Select 80 cases of cervicitis patients, randomly divided into two groups. Observation group 40 cases, on the basis of conventional nursing care plus reinforced with pearl at the end of the high frequency electric eoagnlation nursing, Control group, 40 patients given routine nursing care, only through analyzing the clinical curative effect of two kinds of patients, and pearl at the end of the strengthening of high frequdncy electric coagulation treatment of cervicitis aRer analysis, this paper discusses the clinical effect of wound care. Results Observation group 40 cases, total effective rate 100%; Control group 40 cases, total effective rate was 87.5%. Observation group the total effective rate was higher than the control group, two kinds of nursing methods have significant difference, statistically significant, comparable （P〈0.05）. The hemostatic time in addition, the observation group of patients is less than that of control group, two kinds of nursing methods have significant difference, statistically significant, comparable （P〈0.05）. Conclnsion Pearl at the end of the high frequency electric coagulation and good clinical curative effect of cervicitis wound, can significantly shorten the bleeding time of the wound, has certain clinical apphcation value.
