摘　　要：1836年成立的正义者同盟在十年活动中为第一个共产党的创建准备了条件。1846年马克思恩格斯建立的布鲁塞尔共产主义通讯委员会是建党的领导核心。1847年6月共产主义者同盟第一次代表大会对正义者同盟进行改造和改组,世界上第一个共产党终于创建。6月2日是国际共运诞生日。共盟一大、二大通过的党纲和党章为党奠定了政治、理论基础和思想、组织基础。党纲《共产党宣言》是彪炳千秋的马克思恩格斯主义的经典文献,其基本原则和一般原理是有区别的;第一个共产党的党章是流芳百世的党章范本,其组织原则是民主制而不是民主集中制。In its 10 years activities, the League of the Just that was established in 1836 prepared conditions for the founding of the first communist party. The Brussels Communist Corresponding Committee established by Marx and Engels in 1846 was the core of leadership for party founding. In June 1847, the first congress of the Communist League reformed and reorganized the League of the Just and the first communist party in the world was finally estab- lished. June 2nd is the birthday of the international communist movement. The party programme and party constitu- tion adopted by the first and second congresses of the Communist League provided theoretical and organizational foundations for the party. The party programme, The Communism Manifesto, is a historic masterpiece of Marx - Engelsism with some distinctions between its fundamental principles and general tenets. The first communist party constitution is an immortal model for party constitutions with an organizational principle of democracy instead of democratic centralism.
