摘　　要：本文给出了用V-MOS管代替双极型晶体管作行输出管的实用电路,并且从热损耗和截止损耗出发分析了这种电路的优越性。In this paper, a practical Circuit using V-MOS transistor as horizontal output transistorinstead of bipolar transistor is given, and the advantadges of the V-MOS circuit from the viewpoint of heatdissipation and cut-off loss are analyzed.
