摘　　要：在当前城市化大规模建设中 ,对城市发展威胁最大的人为灾祸——工业化灾害尚未引起足够重视 ,因此 ,投入力量研究城市化进程中的工业化灾害机理及综合减灾方法不仅是技术问题 。During today's rapid step of urbanization, disaster caused by industrialization is one of the most serious man made disasters, but it has not caught enough attention yet. Therefore, it needs more devotions to develop the technology and management policy in order to study the mechanism of the disaster and find out the comprehensive solutions to alleviate it.
