多功能绿色基础设施规划--以海淀区为例

摘　　要：通过对相关文献进行归纳和梳理,辨析绿色基础设施与生态网络、绿道之间的关系与区别,并强调了绿色基础设施的功能类型多元化特点。从生态系统服务的角度对北京市海淀区绿色基础设施所具有的各项功能展开评价,量化评估了区域绿色基础设施的雨洪管理功能,调节当地气候功能,丰富生物多样性功能,历史文化遗产保护功能,娱乐、运动、冥想与休闲功能和景观保护与强化功能,并通过综合分析规划出该区域的绿色基础设施网络节点与廊道,借此阐释多功能绿色基础设施规划思路,强调规划在关注功能类型多样化的同时,也应兼顾单项功能之于区域的重要程度。In order to make the essence of green infrastructure more clearly, the article summarized the pertinent literature to analyze the difference and relationship between green infrastructure, ecological networks and greenways, and emphasized its multifunction with seven foreign successful planning. With Haidian District as an example, an assessment of various functions of regional green infrastructure was undertaken from the point of view of the ecosystem services, and the quantitative assessment of flood attenuation ＆ water resource management, local climate control, enriched biodiversity, protection of local heritage, recreation, movement, quiet contemplation ＆ leisure, landscape protection and enhancement was established, and then the green infrastructure hubs and corridors were planned by synthetic analysis. This article expounded the planning thought of multifunctional green infrastructure, indicating the importance of give consideration to both function diversification and the location of single function.
