摘　　要：目的:探讨中医内服加外敷疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将144例膝关节炎患者分为两组。治疗组采用内服虎力散胶囊+外敷通络骨质宁膏治疗。对照组口服美洛昔康胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组72例中,显效48例,有效19例,无效5例,总有效率93.10%。结论:中医内服加外敷疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著,在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎方面有很好的前景。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the TCM oral and topical therapy in treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods： 144 patients were divided into two groups. The treated group were taken orally the tiger force San capsule plus topical the Tongluo bone Ning cream treatment. The control group was treated with meloxicam capsule treatment. Results： 72 cases in the treated group, 48 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffect, the total efficiency was 93.10%. Conclusion： TCM oral and topical therapy has effect on treating knee osteoarthritis, there are good prospects in the treatment of KOA.
