摘　　要：笔者从事农电管理工作数十年,本文针对县级供电所的大用户安全管理,并结合实际工作对当前供电所矿山大用户管理工作提出一些经验与看法。服务工作是一项不断发展和变化的课题,尽管做了一些努力和尝试,也取得了一定的成效,但要做的工作还很多,我们将坚持以人为本、科学的管理理念,扎实工作,不断探索创新,树立优质服务促进企业发展的全新理念,强化安全管理和服务意识,为客户提供安全、可靠、经济的电力和快捷方便高效的服务。The author has been doing rural power management for decades. Aiming at the safety management of bid consumers of county-level power supply station and combined with practical work, this article presents some experience and opinions on the management of mine users of power supply station at present. Service work is a developing and changing topic. Although some efforts have been made and certain achievements have been got, there is still much work to do. People-oriented and scientific management concept shall be insisted with solid work and continues innovation. The idea of promoting enterprises＂ development by quality service should be set up and safety management and service awareness should be strengthened in order to provide safe, reliable and economic power and efficient and convenient service.
