摘　　要：企业应及时、准确掌握以财务信息为核心的管理能力,对企业内部资源进行高度集中管理配置,从而迅速做出科学决策。财务监督与控制是现代企业管理的核心环节,充分认识其对于现代企业管理的重要意义,采取切实可行措施,建立完善内控机制,运用ERP实施搞好资金流、物资流、信息流管控,防范财务风险。Enterprises should timely and accurately grasp the management skills, with financial information as the core, and conduct highly centralized management of enterprise internal resources in the configuration, so as to make scientific decisions quickly. Financial supervision and control is the core of modern enterprise management. The management staff should fully understand its importance for modern enterprise management, and take feasible measures, establish completed internal control mechanism and use the implementation of ERP on canital flows, cash-flow, flow control to prevent financial risks.
