摘　　要：全面分析阐述机务段实行包乘制、轮乘制其各自优缺点,结合目前神华集团下属各机务段乘务制度现状,对新建巴准线海勒斯壕南机务段机车乘务制度进行了深入探索,提出采用效率更高的长交路轮乘制,可减少乘务员人数,提高乘务员作业效率,并对轮乘制实施过程中的诸多环节进行了可行性分析。This article focuses on the topics of Assigning System and Crew Pooling System＇s different merits based on the present condition and development of SHENHUA group＇s locomotive depot. Through the deep research of the HAILESIHAO locomotive depart crew mode, it discover the result that the long routing Crew Pooling System can effectively save the members of the depot and improve the productivity. It also do lots of feasibility analysis of the practice of the Crew Pooling System.
