摘　　要：为定量分析铁路运输企业在节能降耗项目中所投入的资金,通过引入数据包络分析法,在确定节能投资项目投入要素和产出要素的基础上,建立了铁路运输企业节能投资评价模型。以2008—2010年某铁路局节能投资相关数据为基础,选取基于输出评价DMU总体效率的CCR模型,分别计算企业节煤投资和节电投资模型中的松弛变量。通过数据包络分析法可以直观地反映出企业节能投入资金是否得到充分发挥,并且可以为管理者提供调整方案及建议。In order to quantitively analyzing the invested fund of railway transport enterprise in energy-saving and consumption-reducing project,through introducing Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA） and based on determining the input and output factors of energy-saving investment project,the energy-saving investment evaluation model of railway transport enterprises is established.Taking the relative data of energy-saving investment in certain railway administration in 2008-2010,selecting the CCR model based on output evaluation DMU general efficiency to calculate the slack variable of enterprise’s coal-saving investment and electricity-saving investment model respectively.Through DEA method,whether enterprise’s energy-saving fund could be fully exerted could be directly reflected,which could provide adjustment program and suggestions to managers.
