摘　　要：借鉴供应链创造价值链的理念,通过分析铁路运输成本降低对整个物流增值过程的影响,建立铁路对社会物流成本降低的贡献率测算模型。利用煤炭物流数据进行实例分析,验证了模型的可行性。该模型适用于量化分析铁路对整个社会物流成本降低的贡献,也可以测算具体物流企业中铁路的利润贡献,为相关部门提供决策依据。By referring the concept of value chain created by supply chain,through analyzing the influence of reduce of railway transport cost on the whole process of logistic added value,the contribution rate estimation model of railways on reduce of social logistic cost is established.Through example analysis by using coal logistic data,the feasibility of the model is proven.The model is adapts for quantitively analyzing the contribution of railways on reduce of whole social logistic cost,and also estimates the benefit contribution of railways in specific logistic enterprise,as well as provides decision-making reference to relative departments.
