摘　　要：通过分析企业自备铁路车辆(特别是专用敞车、轻油罐车、化工罐车等)经国家铁路过轨运输的发展现状,研究其在铁路企业化运营中的优势,表明自备铁路车辆过轨运输不仅能为铁路企业吸引社会投资,锁定大宗稳定货源,提升铁路货物运输的市场份额,而且在降低铁路运营成本和提高企业运输效益方面优势明显,应合理有序地吸引和鼓励企业发展自备车过轨运输,促进铁路企业良性发展,实现路企双赢。Through analyzing the development status of private cars（especially the special open car,light oil tank car and chemical tank car） transferring transportation through national railway,this paper studies its advantages in railway enterprise operation,and shows that private car transferring transportation could not only absorb social investment of railway enterprises,lock the stable mass freight resource and increase market share of railway freight transportation,but also has obvious advantages on aspects of reducing railway operation cost and increasing enterprise’s transport efficiency,so enterprises shall be absorbed and encouraged reasonable and orderly to develop private car transferring transportation,as to promote sound development of railway enterprises and realize win-win between railways and enterprises.
