摘　　要：针对传统物流IPO模型的不足,构建以逆向回溯为特征的物流OPI-MA模型,提出具体的成效导向物流模式,论述模型遵循的成效性原理、集成性原理和实践性原理。分析OPI-MA模型的成效产出、物流过程、资源投入、管理活动和物流活动五大要素。以解决某物流公司发展桎梏为例,采用物流OPI-MA模型构建准时制"1465"物流体系,取得作业效率和客户满意度提高的良好效果。Targeting with the deficiency of traditional logistic IPO model,the logistic OPI-MA model with characteristics of backtracking was established.This paper puts forward the concrete resultoriented logistic model and expounds the effectiveness principle,integration principle and practice principle that the model should follow.The paper also analyzes the 5 major factors of OPI-MA model such as result output,logistic process,resource input,management activities and logistic activities.Taking the development fetters of certain logistic enterprise as example,the ＂1465＂ logistic system with JIT（just in time） was established by using logistic OPI-MA model,which then achieves sound effects on operation efficiency and increase of client satisfaction.
