摘　　要：发展农村成人教育是推动城乡一体化发展、提高城镇化质量的内在要求和有效途径。然而,我国农村成人教育面临着供求不足、质量不高、结构不良的现实困境。因此,在城乡一体化发展进程中,应优化农村成人教育发展的长效机制,加大财政、金融支持力度,创新教育模式,整合城乡师资力量,加强创业教育,促进农村成人教育全面发展。The development of rural adult education is the inherent requirements and the effective way to promote the integration of urban and rural development, which improves the quality of urbanization. However, China＇s rural adult education faces the dilemma of insufficient supply and demand, low quality and unreasonable structure. Therefore, in the process of integration of urban and rural development, the long-term mechanism of adult education in rural areas should be optimized, mode should be innovated, and the education of entrepreneurship should be provided. The teachers of urban and rural should be integrated. At the same time, the fiscal and financial support should be increased
