摘  要:针对国内某钢厂小方坯连铸机的5辊拉矫机,分析其矫直原理以及此拉矫机作用下铸坯的变形率。结果表明:此拉矫机为带液芯矫直,生产某些对裂纹敏感的钢种,需要控制拉速在2.6m/min以下,同时虽然为5辊拉矫机,采用两点矫直,但拉矫机实际矫直曲线符合连续矫直曲线,矫直过程铸坯变形率很小,达到连续矫直的效果,高拉速下生产铸坯质量满足要求。Based on a 5-rolls withdraw and straighten machine, the straighten principle and the effect of straight on billet are analyzed. The result show that., the cast speed should be control less than 2.6 m/rain on same steel grade sen- sitive about crack for the strand has liquid core when it is straighten. Although the 5-rolls withdraw and straighten machine is 2 point straight the billet but the billet is smoothly straightened. During the straighten process the deformation rate is deeply small, it can reach the similar straighten effect and get high quality billet in productive process.
