摘  要:通过对含Nb钢种Q345E的钢坯、钢板表面横裂纹部位取样进行金相电镜分析,确定该类钢种钢坯表面横裂纹产生于连铸结晶器内,针对性地对连铸结晶器内可能造成表面横裂纹相关因素的排查分析后,采取优化保护渣、减小结晶器冷却水量、提高结晶器振频等措施,使该类钢种表面横裂纹发生率由1.0%降至0.3%以下,成效显著。By means of the analysis of SEM and metallograph of the samples cut from the transverse cracks on the surface of the slabs and plates of Nb bearing steel in grade Q345E, it is determined that the transverse cracks appeared in the continuous casting mold. After analyzing the relevant factors that might cause cracks in the continuous casting mold, the slag powder was optimized and the amount of the cooling water in the continuous casting mold was reduced and the oscillation frequency of the continuous casting mold was increased. These effective measures made the incidence of transverse cracks on the surface of the steel drop from 1.0% to below 0.3 %.
