成人腹股沟疝开放式无张力修补术后并发症1572例

摘　　要：目的提高成人腹股沟疝开放式无张力修补术后并发症的防治水平。方法对2003年2月至2011年2月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院治疗的1572例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后84例出现了并发症,发生率为5.34%。其中,术后尿潴留26例(1.65%);切口出血1例(0.06%);切口、阴囊浆液肿18例(1.15%);腹股沟区异物感14例(0.89%);腹股沟区慢性疼痛12例(0.76%);复发8例(0.51%),切口感染5例(0.32%)。结论成人腹股沟疝开放式无张力修补术具有手术创伤小、恢复快的特点,但若操作不当,可能出现术后并发症。Objective To analyze the treatment of postoperative complications of adult ingninal hernia open tension-free repair. Methods From February 2003 to February 2011, 1 572 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The postoperative complications were found in 84 cases with an incidence of 5.34%. Of all, the postoperative urinary retention was observed in 26 cases, and the incidence was I. 65%. Incision bleeding was found in 1 case, and the incidence was 0.06%. Serous swelling of incision and scrotum were observed in 18 cases with an incidence of 1.15%. Foreign body sensation in groin area can be identified in 14 cases, and the rate was 0.89%. Chronic groin pains were discovered in 12 cases, and the rate was 0.76%. There were 8 cases of recurrences with the rate 0.51%. Incision infections were observed n 5 cases, and the rate was 0. 32%. Conclusions Adult inguinal hernia open tension-free repair is less traumatic with rapid recovery and the complications could be happened in case of improper operations.
