摘  要:目的制备大黄素微乳,并考察其稳定性。方法以正丁酸乙脂为油相、乙醇为助乳化剂、聚山梨酯-80为乳化剂,制备了大黄素微乳。以外观、粒径及分布、离心变化为指标,考察了其稳定性。结果以大黄素2 g,乙醇15 g,正丁酸乙脂15 g,聚山梨酯-80 10 g,加水50 g,制备的微乳,外观澄清透明,均一稳定。透射电镜观察为均匀球状液滴。粒径为23.2 nm,粒径与多分散系数(PI)为0.122。加速试验与留样试验对微乳稳定性无明显影响。结论大黄素微乳稳定性良好,微乳可作为大黄素的新型给药制剂。Objective To prepare emodin microemulsion,and investigate its stability.Methods Emodin microemulsion was prepared,with butyric acid ethyl ester as oil phase,ethanol as cosurfactant,polysorbate-80 as surfactant.Its sta bility was investigated,the index included appearance,particle size and distribution,centrifugal changes.Results Emodin of 2 g,ethanol of 15 g,butyric acid ethyl ester of 15 g,polysorbate-80 of 10 g,puried water of 50 g.The ap pearance of emodin microemulsion was clear and transparent,uniform and stable.The emodin microemulsion under transmission electron microscope was uniform and spherical drops.Particle size was 23.2 nm,PI was 0.122.The accel eration stability and stay observation stability had no obvious influence.Conclusion Stability of emodin microemulsion is good,microemulsion can be used as a new drug delivery system of emodin.
