摘  要:"联合培养"是一种全新的研究生培养模式。本文基于协同学的基本原理,认为中医药研究生"培养基地"是一个协同系统。高等中医药院校在研究生培养过程中,应积极开展多途径的联合培养,如实行校内跨学科、跨院系联合,与国内外知名院校、科研院所、医药企业、医疗机构联合,从校外聘请专家担任研究生指导组成员等,并及时化解联合培养过程中的矛盾,以实现联合培养所产生协同效应的最大化,为提高中医药研究生培养质量奠定良好基础。Joint training is a new mode as to postgraduate education. Based on the theory of synergetics, this paper holds that the postgraduate training base of traditional Chinese medicine is a coordinated system. Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine should actively carry out multi-channel joint training in the course of postgraduate training, such as interdisciplinary cooperation, intercollege training, joint training with domestic and foreign well- known universities, research institutes, pharmaceutical enterprises and medical institutions, inviting outside experts as tutor group members, etc. Meanwhile the contradictions in the process of joint training should be resolved in time. Only in this way can we bring about the maximum synergistic effect produced by the joint training, and ultimately lays a good foundation to enhance the quality of traditional Chinese medicine postgraduate training.
