摘　　要：以山西某中心城区房屋建筑深基坑开挖工程为例,对周围房屋建筑墙面裂缝以及基础沉降进行了调查,然后对建筑结构发生沉降以及开裂机理进行分析,结果表明:基坑开挖引起地下水位降低、土压力大小和方向发生变化,造成结构基础产生不均匀沉降使建筑物发生倾斜,进而由于结构内部应力重分布使得结构产生裂缝。Taking the housing building foundation excavation engineering of the central city in Shanxi province as an example,the paper surveys the surrounding housing building wall cracks and foundation subsidence,and analyzes the building subsidence and cracking mechanism.Results show that： foundation excavation leads to underground water lever falling and soil pressure and direction changing,causes building inclining owing to uneven subsidence of the structural foundation,and finally leads to the structure cracking owing to the new internal structural stress distribution as well.
