摘　　要：以实现二次调查数据库成果的快速更新为目标,针对现有技术手段和系统的不足,开发了基于第二次土地调查数据库成果的快速更新系统,并通过对影响系统运行质量的GPS定位精度和数据的网络传输质量两个关键因素的测试,充分验证了该系统的可靠性和稳定性。Taking the rapid updating of second land surveying database results as the goal,based on the disadvantages of existing technology and system,this paper developed the fast updating system based on second land survey database results,and through the test to GPS positioning precision and data network transmission quality influence of system running quality two key factors,full validated the reliability and stability of this system.
