摘　　要：本文详细论述了以廉价、普及的教育电脑——中华学习机作为电视字幕机的系统设计,实际制作的电视字幕机证实了本系统设计的正确性。本文指出的“大范围准时基校正”方案解决了中华学习机NTSC制式字幕信号与我国标准PAL制式电视信号的同步叠加问题。本方案对于电视制式转化问题也具有很好的实用参考价值。In this paper, the system design of video titler based on the Chinese Education Computer (CEC-I) is described in detail. A method which is called “Large Scale Time Base Correction”is proposed. This method can be used to superimpose the NTSC titler signals on top of the PAL TV signals. The method can also be useful on other conditions such as the TV standard transformation, etc.
