摘  要:近几年,我国频繁出现的能源供应紧张问题己严重影响着我国经济的发展和社会的稳定,根据能源资源分布和能源需求、各运输方式运力约束和国家的政策法规等因素,构建能源综合运输体系,建立多指数能源综合运输数学模型,指导未来能源运输格局。以湖北省数据为算例,计算2015年和2017年合理的输电比例,同时考虑电价或煤价波动的敏感性分析,以优化湖北省输煤输电综合运输体系。In recent years, the frequent energy supply shortage has seriously affected Chinese economic development and social stability. According to the distribution of energy resources and energy demand, the constraint of transport capacity, the policies and regulations as well as other factors, the integrated energy transportation system and the mathematical model of comprehensive energy transportation with multi-index are established to guide the future pattern of energy transportation. Taking Hubei province as an example, based on the calculation on the power transmission with reasonable proportion in 2015 and 2017, combining with the consideration on the sensitivity analysis of the fluctuation of either electricity or coal price, the integrated transportation system for coal and electric power of Hubei is optimized.
