摘　　要：曾氏家族从曾国藩开始,绵延至今200年间,共出有名望的人才240余人,赢得了"曾家无一废人"的美誉。如此长盛不衰的家族,呈现出如此蓬勃发展之势,得益于曾国藩那具有深远影响、富有科学性的家教思想,这样的家教思想以其蕴含的丰富内涵给予现代家庭教育以深刻的启示。Zeng family from Zeng Guofan, stretching up to now 200 years, a total of prestigious personnel is more than 240 people, has won the good fame ＂Zeng home has no a basket case＂ in the world. So prosperous family, has presented so rapidly, thanks to Zeng Guofan that has far-reaching influence, rich scientific ideas of family education, the thought which contains rich connotation gives deep enlightenment to modem family education.
