摘 要:以乙醇和水作为提取溶剂,用微波炉提取金银花中的绿原酸,用紫外可见分光光度计对金银花中绿原酸的浓度进行测定,采用单因数测定和正交实验得出金银花中绿原酸最佳提取工艺。测定波长选择324 nm,实验表明,金银花中绿原酸的最佳微波提取条件为:以浓度为80%的乙醇做为提取溶剂,加醇量为金银花4倍量,微波处理时间为60 s,水浴提取温度为70℃,提取水的用量为金银花15倍量,提取时间为50 min。得出金银花中绿原酸的含量为8.3379 mg.g-1。Abstract: Chlorogenic acids were extracted from Lonicera japonica by microwave oven with ethanol and water as the extrac- tion solvents. The concentration of the chlorogenic acids was detected by UV - vis spectrophotometer with the set wavelength at 324nm. The experiment shows that the optimal extraction conditions of microwave extraction of chlorogenic acid from Flos Lonicerae is : with the concentration of 80% ethanol as extraction solvent, alcohol amount for honeysuckle 4 times amount, micro- wave treatment time is 60 s, water bath extraction temperature is 70 ℃, the amount of water as extracting honeysuckle 15 times, extraction time 50 min. The results show that the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae is 8. 3379 mg · g^-1.
