中药封包干热外治在糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者中的应用及效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药封包干热外治在糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将50例DGP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组在基础治疗同时给予中药封包干热外治,对照组在基础治疗同时口服西沙比利,两组疗程均为4周。观察比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后消化不良症状、生活质量、血糖控制情况。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后消化不良症状、生活质量部分维度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后消化不良症状、生活质量中活力(VT)及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包干热外治能改善DGP患者的临床症状,有效控制血糖,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of hot application with the packed Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis.Methods： 50 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（25 cases in each group）.The patients in the observation group were treated with hot application with the packed Chinese medicine and the patients in the control group were given oral Cisapride on the basis of basic treatment.The treatment lasted 4 weeks in the two groups.The clinical effect,the symptoms of dyspepsia before and after the treatment,quality of life and the control of blood glucose of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results： The clinical effect was better in the observation group than the control group（P 0.05）;there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the symptoms of dyspepsia before and after the treatment and quality of life between the two groups（P 0.05）;the improvement of digestive activity,VT in quality of life,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin was better in the observation group than the control group after the treatment（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The hot application with the packed Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,effectively control blood glucose and improve their quality of life.
