金牛腹痛片治疗活动期消化性溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究金牛腹痛片对活动期消化性溃疡 (PU)的治疗效果。方法 :选取活动期 PU140例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 70例 ,观察 4周后的疗效 ,并随访半年和 1年后的复发率。结果 :两组对 PU的胃镜下疗效无差异 ,对中医证候疗效治疗组优于对照组 ;且金牛腹痛片对实证的疗效明显优于虚证 ;治疗组对幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的清除率明显优于对照组 ,半年和 1年的复发率亦明显低于对照组。结论 :金牛腹痛片治疗活动期 PU有较好疗效 ,可清除Hp,减少 PU复发。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinniufutong Tablet(JN) in treating the acute peptic ulcer(APU).Methods:140 patients of APU were randomly divided into the JN group and the control group.70 patients of JN group were treated with JN,the other 70 patients of the control group were treated with Ranitidine. The clinical effect after 4 weeks,recurrence rate in six months and twelve months were observed.Results:The effect of gastroscope was not significant difference between JN group and control group,but the improvement of symptoms and signs in JN group was significantly superior to that in the control group,and there was better effect in the sthenia syndrome patients than that in the asthenia syndrome patients.The eliminated rate of pyloric helicobacter (Hp) in JN group was significantly superior to that in the control group.The recurrence rate of JN group was lower than that of control group in six months and twelve months.Conclusion:JN has good effect on treating APU,eliminating Hp,preventing recurrence of PU.
