糖尿病性大疱病与皮肤性大疱病患者血液流变性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病性大疱病与皮肤性病大疱病患者血液流变学的改变和临床意义。方法根据测定25例糖尿病性大疱病患者和25例皮肤性病大疱病患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积等血液流变指标来区别判定。结果糖尿病性大疱病患者的血液流变指标与皮肤性病大疱病患者组相比,增高明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液流变学对糖尿病性大疱病与皮肤性大疱病患者鉴别判断有临床意义。Objective To discuss the hemodynamic indexes differences and clinical significance between patients with bullosis diabeticorum or bullous dermatosis. Methods We analysised and evaluated whole blood viscosity and reductive viscosity,plasma viscosity,packed cell volume of 25 bullosis diabeticorum patients and 25 bullous dermatosis patients respectively. Result There were significant difference between the majority parameters of two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The hemodynamic indexes is useful for differential diagnosis between bullosis diabeticorum and bullous dermatosis in clinical practise.
