摘　　要：在社会经济飞速发展的今天，日益扩大的工业生产规模导致了经济增长与环境保护之间的矛盾不断加剧。因此，我们应尽量减少废弃物的排放，把生产和消费过程中产生的废物作为原料来源予以最大限度的循环利用，形成一个科学、完善的城市生活废弃物资源化利用市场，实现城市经济社会与生态环境效益的统一。In recent time that social economy has developed rapidly the growing production scale increase the contradiction between economic growth and environmental protection. So we should try our best to reduce the discharge of domestic waste, and recycle the waste generated from production and consumption process as a resource of material. In this way a scientific and perfect municipal solid waste recycling market can be formed and the unity of city economy, social and environmental benefit can be realized.
