摘　　要：针对采用PLC组建自动化监控系统时,上位机使用特定组态软件扩展性差、成本高、精度低等问题,提出了上位机采用LabVIEW软件与S7-200PLC进行自由口通信的方法。根据S7-200PLC自由口通信的特性,定义了一套高效率的通信协议,能够保证通信的安全性,且实现简单,并基于该通信协议开发了LabVIEW和S7-200PLC的通信程序,实现了LabVIEW对PLC的数据采集和PLC的所有I/O功能。该设计被应用于污水处理厂自动化监控系统的设计中,能够有效对污水处理的各个环节进行实时监测和自动化控制。Because of the poor scalability,high cost and low precision of the configuration software used by host computer to communicate with PLC in the automation monitoring and control system,the serial communication between LabVIEW and S7-200PLC based on free-port mode is designed.This thesis defines a simple,safe and efficient communication protocol based on the characteristics of the free-port mode of S7-200PLC.According to the communication protocol,this thesis designs the communication program for LabVIEW and S7-200PLC and realizes the data acquisition and I/O functions of S7-200PLC.This design is applied to the design of the automation monitoring and control system of a sewage treatment plant and offers efficient,real-time monitoring and control.
