摘　　要：目的 :提高对血友病的诊断意识与治疗水平。方法 :回顾 10年来 5例血友病假肿瘤的治疗经过 ,4/ 5平均随访 2年以上。结果 :5例术前均误诊。 3/ 5因术中见病变区为血肿和血凝块而疑及本病 ;2 / 5术后持续渗血 ,1例造成失血性休克后确诊。 5例均是Ⅷ因子缺乏 ,其中TypeⅠ (肌间型 ) 4例 ;TypeⅡ (骨膜下型 ) 1例。随访期间均有反复的鼻、皮下、尿路出血 ;假肿瘤复发 2例 ,经保守治愈。结论 :血友病假肿瘤罕见 ,误诊及复发率高 ,愈后差 ,应引起临床重视。Objective: To deepen the recognition and of improve the outcome of hemophilic pseudotumor.Method:5 cases,4/5 of them had been followed up for average over 2 years,hemophilic pseudotumor were retrospectively studied,Results:The classification of the 5 patients belonged to Type Ⅰ(in muscles)4 cases;Type Ⅱ(in subperiosteum)1 case.All of them are hemophilic A and no noe correctly diagnosed before operation.In the follow up period,pseudotuomr recurrde in 2 cases,repeated hemorrhage in nose,subcutaneous and urinary tract are all cured after conservative freatment.Conclusion:It should be aware of the rarely encountered disease which is prone to be misdiagnosedand leading to unfavorable prognosis.
