摘　　要：目的　观察脑通口服液的急性和长期毒性作用。方法　 1急性毒性实验 :取健康小白鼠4 0只 ,随机分为两组 (每组 2 0只 ) ,给药组以脑通口服液 10 ml/ kg,对照组给以等量生理盐水灌胃 ,一次性给药观察 7d,求得最大耐受量。另取小白鼠 80只 ,随机等分 8组 ,分别按对数剂量 1次灌胃给药 ,观察 7d,计算半数致死量 ( L D50 )。 2长期毒性实验 :取 Wistar大鼠 80只 ,随机分为大、中、小剂量组和对照组 ,给药组分别以不同浓度剂量的脑通口服液连续灌胃 4 2 d。结果　 1急性毒性观察 :两组小鼠 7d内无 1例死亡 ,外观行为及各生理指标差异无显著性 ,显示该药最大耐受量 >10 ml/ kg。计算 LD50 及 L D50 95%平均可信限为 15.4 8± 1.62 ml/ kg,标准误 sx50 为 0 .0 134。 2长期毒性观察 :动物外观、饮食、行为、体重、血象、肝肾功能 ,主要脏器的脏器系数和病理学检查均未发现异常变化。结论　脑通口服液属无毒类药物。Objective The acute toxic and chronic toxic effect of Naotong solution (NTOS) was discussed in this paper.Method ①40 mice were divided into 2 groups.The experimental group was given NTOS 10ml/kg for 10 days where as the control group amount of normal saline (NS),secondly,80 mice,divided into 8 groups were given different dose of NTOS for 7 days.②80 rats were divided into 4 groups.The experimental groups were given different dose of NTOS with them separately for 42 days,where as the control group was given equal amount of NS.Result ①The result showed that here was no significant difference in various physiological signs between the two groups.This suggested that the maximum endurance dose of the drug was more than 10ml/kg.The LD 50 was 15.48±1.62ml/kg.The s x 50 was 0.0134.②The reslut showed that there was no significant difference in behavior,diet,feces,bodyweihgt,blood of animal and the pathology change of liver and kidney changed little.Conclusion NTOS is a nonpoisonous substance. [
