A-V综合征的检查及手术治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨A-V综合征的检查,判断其类型及是否伴有斜肌功能的异常,拟定理想的手术方案,以改善眼位和代偿头位。方法:对我院A-V综合征57例(57眼)进行眼位、眼球运动和眼知觉状态的检查,分析原因,判断斜肌功能是否异常,给予个体化手术治疗。结果:57例A-V综合征通过手术治疗,治愈45例(45眼),有效12例(12眼),总治愈率为78.9%。结论:根据术前各项检查,判断是否伴有斜肌功能亢进,分析眼底黄斑区位置改变等因素,设计手术,以取得较好的治疗效果。Objective Discuss A -v syndrome check, whether the t3~pe and accompanied by oblique muscle func- tion is unusual, proposed the ideal operation scheme, to improve the eye position and compensatory head. Methods Syndrome in our hospital A - V 57 cases （57 eyes） the examination of the eye, eye movement examination and eye check state, analysis reason, whether oblique muscle function is unusual, to individual operation. Results 57 cases A - V syndrome treated by surgery, the cure of 50 cases （50 eyes）, 7 cases （7 eyes）, the total cure rate was 87.7%. Conclusion cause of disease to A - V syndrome in patients with accurate understanding, perfect preoperative mri, determine whether accompanied by oblique muscle function hyperfunction, fundus anomalies of the eye, analysis condition, formulate operation scheme, design for, intraoperative and postoperative care to avoid complications, in order to obtain better treatment effect.
