民族药橄榄含片的毒理学研究

摘　　要：对小鼠灌胃给药进行急性毒性试验 ,结果小白鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量为 13 4 8g/kg,相当于临床人用量 (1 0g/ 5 0kg)的 6 6 7倍。Wistar大白鼠连续 4周灌胃给药 ,长期毒性试验结果证明 ,本品未见明显毒性反应。The Toxicities of Ethnic Drug Fructus Canarii tablet were studied, the acute toxicity study in mice showed that the maximum tolerable dose is higher than 13.48g/Kg by oral take, equals 667 times of clinical dosage, the long-term toxicity study in Wister rats showed that this tablet has no obvious toxicity by oral administration.
