自体血穴位注射治疗粉刺痰湿瘀血阻滞证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自体静脉血足三里穴位注射治疗粉刺痰湿瘀血阻滞证的疗效。方法将符合病例入选标准的150例粉刺痰湿瘀血阻滞证患者根据随机和自愿的原则分为2组各75例。对照组给予二陈汤合桃红四物汤加减;治疗组在服用二陈汤合桃红四物汤加减的同时给予自体静脉血足三里穴位注射,每周1次,4次为1个疗程。共治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 2组患者总有效率比较,治疗组(97.3%)优于对照组(86.7%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.78,P<0.05)。结论中药联合自体血穴位注射治疗粉刺痰湿瘀血阻滞证比单纯使用中药疗效好。Objective To observe the curative effect of the injection in Zusanli （ST36） with autologous venous blood on acne （syndrome of phlegm-damp and static blood obstruction）. Methods The patients （n=150） were divided into two groups （each n=75） according to randomized and voluntary principle. The control group was given modified Erchen Tang combining Taohong Siwu Tang, and treatment group was given the injection in ST36 with autologous venous blood besides of the same treatment as control group once a week and four times as one therapeutic course. The curative effect was observed after treatment for two therapeutic courses. Results The total effective rate was 97.3% in treatment group and 86.7% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups （ X2=4.78, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicinal combining acupoint injection with autologous venous blood has better curative effect than simple Chinese medicinal on acne （syndrome of phlegm-damp and static blood obstruction）.
