毛囊显微移植技术治疗秃顶──附565例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　观察毛囊显微移植治疗秃顶的临床效果。方法　通过毛囊显微移植技术治疗各种秃顶脱发 5 6 5例 ,随访时间平均 1年 (8～ 14个月 )。结果　术后平均 2～ 3个月长出头发 ,5～ 6个月达到初步视觉效果。 5 6 5例手术中 ,男女性正常脱发及眉毛移植的毛囊存活率为 95 %～ 10 0 % ,瘢痕毛囊移植存活率达 90 %以上 ,头发生长速度、发质粗细度均保持了供发区毛发的特性。结论　该手术时间短 ,恢复快 ,经过 3年临床观察 ,该技术在中国人群中能达到良好的效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of hair transplantation in bald platient. Methods We have treated 565 cases of hair loss and bald patients. The following-up time was 1 year(8～14months). Results New hair grew out after 2～3 months. The initial visible results appeared after 5～6 months. In the 565 cases, the rate of growth of the hair grafts and eyebrow transplant were between 95%～100%. The rate of grafts growth on the scar was over 90%. New hair did keep the same texture, density, growth speed and persistent growth characteristic as the donor hair. Conclusion The procedure is generally completed within 3～5 hours, and patients can return to work the next day. Through 3 years clinical observation, hair transplantation can get very good effect in China.
