口服地奥司明片联合大隐静脉硬化剂治疗淤积性湿疹疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价口服地奥司明片联合大隐静脉硬化剂治疗淤积性湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:267例患者口服地奥司明片,同时对332条病肢进行彩超下硬化剂治疗曲张的大隐静脉,4、12、48周后评价疗效。结果:湿疹症状改善明显,4、12、48周有效率分别为94.6%、91.3%、91.3%。332条病肢中大隐静脉曲张伴有不同程度静脉功能不全(CVI)的病肢246条,其中CVIⅠ°159条,CVIⅡ°65条,CVIⅢ°22条。CVI程度越轻,症状改善越明显,治愈率越高,且复发率越低。结论:口服地奥司明片联合彩超下对大隐静脉曲张选择性硬化治疗淤积性湿疹安全有效。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of oral diosmin combined with selecting hardener therapy of varicose great saphenous vein in the treatment of stasis eczema. Methods： Two hundred and sixty seven patients （332 legs） were given oral diosmin tablets were treated with selective hardener therapy of vari- cose great saphenous vein under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound （CDU）. The efficacy was evaluated after week 4, 12 and 48. Results： The eczema was significantly improved. The efficacy rates were 94.6%, 91.3% and 91.3% on week 4, 12 and 48, respectively. The milder was the venous insufficiency, the better the results, with a higher cure rate and lower relapse rate. Conclusion： Oral diosmin tablets combined with selective hardener therapy of varicose great saphenous vein is effective and safe in the treatment of stasis eczema.
