摘 要:采用固相法制备了5at%Yb和1at%Ho掺杂的LnTaO4(Ln=Gd,Y)多晶粉末,对X射线粉末衍射数据进行Rietveld全谱拟合,获得了其结构参数。在常温下测量了漫反射谱,光致发光谱和荧光寿命,指认了对应的能级跃迁。结果表明,采用940 nm LD激发,在Yb,Ho共掺钽酸盐中可以获得2.9μm附近波长的宽带发光。因此,Yb,Ho共掺钽酸盐有希望成为一类新型激光二极管泵浦的中红外激光材料。The 5at% Yb,1at% Ho∶ LnTaO4(Ln = Gd,Y) polycrystalline were prepared by the solid state method.The structures of Yb,Ho∶ LnTaO4(Ln = Gd,Y) were determined by Retvield refine to their X-ray powder diffraction.Their diffuse reflection spectra,photo-luminescence spectra and lifetime at room temperature were measured and the corresponding energy level transitions were assigned,respectively.It was shown that the broadband emission nearby 2.9 μm was observed under 940 nm excitation,which indicated that Yb,Ho∶ LnTaO4(Ln = Gd,Y) is a promising mid-infrared laser material pumped by LD.
